Whenever I panned the screen by moving my mouse to the edge of the screen I would see fps drops from 150 to 7. I changed my polling rate to 250 for league and it completely fixed my problem. I don't use Overwolf though, so for me it was not related to Overwolf. 1. Sahnz.

GL. Here Scroll down till blue text and select proper windows (i assume 64 bit) With Lol the GPU usually doesn't matter at all, the game is completely limited by the CPU, with a 2600 you will have drops to 80ish fps depending on the situation, on average rather between 120-240fps.
Part of that effort has been to reduce the amount of fps spikes that occur in games. Getting fps spikes during a game is really shitty, much worse than having a lower, but stable fps. So once the fps spikes get stable we'll be raising overall average fps, by doing things like utilizing the GPU more.
well uncapped just stresses your PC unnecessarily. If you go uncapped your GPU might pump up to 100% usage to achieve 400 or whatever fps. Completely wasted power. Better to preserve your GPU so it will may live a bit longer ;) Magabury.
